TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SPRING WITH A TOUCH OF SUMMER PROMOTION
HOTEL CHARLESTON SANTA TERESA
Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., a company identified with NIT 830.032.945-3 and RNT 4244, domiciled at Carrera 9 No. 81 A 26, Office 902, Bogotá, D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter the "Organizer"), operator of Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa, located at Carrera 3 # 31 – 23, Cartagena, Province of Cartagena (hereinafter the "Hotel"), will launch the promotion called SPRING WITH A TOUCH OF SUMMER (hereinafter the "Promotion"), which can be booked and acquired from March 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. until April 18, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed from April 11, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. until April 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the Hotel (hereinafter the "Validity Period").
1. Promotion Description
During the Validity Period, the Organizer will carry out the Promotion, through which the client may purchase the SPRING WITH A TOUCH OF SUMMER Promotion, which includes the following services and products:
A minimum stay of two (2) nights in the reserved room category of choice for one or two guests.
As part of the Promotion, the HOTEL will grant a non-refundable credit of $60,000 COP per person, applicable only during the stay. This benefit is valid for a maximum of two (2) guests per room and cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash. The credit can only be redeemed at Spa Santa Teresa for spa treatments, hair services, or manicures.
Each guest is entitled to one (1) cocktail, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, during their stay. This benefit can only be redeemed at the Hotel’s Rooftop Bar during its operating hours. If the guest chooses an alcoholic cocktail, they must comply with Colombian alcohol consumption regulations, particularly the legal drinking age. This benefit is valid for a maximum of two (2) guests per room and cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash. The following cocktails are expressly excluded from this promotion: Martini Premium, Martini Monkey 47, Martini Super Premium, Margarita Don Julio Reposado, and Margarita Reposado Premium.
Buffet breakfast at Harry’s restaurant for the guests (maximum 2) who booked the promotion for each day of their stay.
Subject to availability at check-in, the guest may receive a complimentary room upgrade. This upgrade is subject to the Hotel’s operational capacity and does not constitute a guaranteed benefit.
Hotel to Airport transportation (one-way). This must be scheduled at least 24 hours before departure by sending the following information to res@charlestonsantateresa.com:
- Airline
- Flight number
- Departure time
Prices in USD are subject to Colombia’s exchange rate (TRM) on the day of purchase. Payments must be made in Colombian Pesos (COP).
The advertised rate varies depending on availability, room type, length of stay, and TRM.
The Promotion does not include additional alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, tips, minibar, return transportation from the Hotel, or meals other than the buffet breakfast at Harry’s.
Only applicable for guests over 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Rooms are subject to the Hotel’s availability.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable rate. No modifications or cancellations are allowed after booking. If this cancellation policy is not met, the customer will be charged a penalty equivalent to 100% of the reserved Promotion’s value.
Non-refundable rates: Rates labeled as "non-refundable" are those that, according to the Hotel’s policies, cannot be refunded, except in cases of guarantees, right of withdrawal, or payment reversal. If the customer does not qualify for these exceptions, as outlined in these terms and conditions and the general terms published at https://www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/es/terminos-condiciones, no refunds or modifications will be allowed.
Guarantee: 100% payment is required at the time of booking. This guarantee applies in cases of:
(i) Service failures at the Hotel that are part of the Promotion.
(ii) Cancellation of the Promotion within the permitted reservation period.
Early check-in or late check-out is available subject to availability and additional costs at the Hotel.
2. Reservation Conditions
To enjoy the Promotion, a prior reservation is required. Reservations can be made:

The Promotion can be booked and acquired from March 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. until April 18, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed from April 11, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. until April 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
At the time of booking, the customer must specify the date they will redeem the Promotion and whether it applies to one (1) or two (2) guests.
Each person can book a maximum of three (3) Promotions under the same name and identification number.
The Promotion price is fixed according to the conditions outlined in Section 1.
100% of the Promotion’s cost must be paid at the time of booking, and no refunds or compensation vouchers will be provided if the guest does not attend for any reason.
Only guests who meet all requirements outlined in these terms and conditions may enter the Hotel. By booking and attending, guests accept these terms and conditions in full.
Entry to the Hotel will not be allowed for:
Guests who do not meet the requirements or provide false or third-party information.
Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Guests with pets (except service animals).
The Hotel reserves the right of admission and stay.
3. Validity Period
The Validity Period cannot be extended. Reservations and attendance outside the stated period will not be accepted.
4. Organizer’s Responsibility
The Organizer and its affiliates are not responsible for any damages or losses suffered by guests or third parties in connection with participation in the Promotion and/or travel to the Hotel, unless directly attributable under applicable law and these terms and conditions.
Guests acknowledge that the buffet breakfast is self-service and take full responsibility for their food choices, releasing the Organizer from liability for allergies or food-related illnesses.
The Organizer is not responsible for damages, theft, or disputes between guests or third parties due to their behavior at the Hotel. Each guest is solely responsible for their actions during their stay.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove guests from the Hotel if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or damaging to the property.
By booking, all guests accept these terms and conditions. These terms will remain available at the Hotel’s front desk and at www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/terminosycondiciones throughout the Promotion’s validity.
The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions, provided the essence remains unchanged, with prior notification to guests through the same communication channels used to promote the Promotion.
In case of force majeure (e.g., government restrictions), the Organizer may cancel or modify the Promotion. If cancellation occurs, guests may request a refund according to Colombian law.
The Organizer adheres to Laws 679 of 2001, 1336 of 2009, and Resolution 3840 of 2009 to combat the sexual exploitation of children in tourism.
5. Privacy Notice
The protection of your data is fundamental to us.
In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015, and any regulations that modify, complement, or replace them, Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., identified with NIT 830.032.945-3, with its main address at Carrera 9 No 81 A 26 Oficina 902 in Bogotá D.C., will collect, use, store, circulate, transmit, transfer, and, in general, process your personal data in its capacity as the data controller. The processing of your personal data will be carried out for the following purposes:
(i) To improve our products and services;
(ii) To authorize and enable your participation and attendance at events organized by Hoteles Charleston S.A.S.;
(iii) To conduct controls to assess your creditworthiness and prevent fraud;
(iv) To provide proper customer service;
(v) For advertising, marketing, and opinion research;
(vi) To offer products, services, discounts, promotions, events, sweepstakes, among others;
(vii) For identification and authentication purposes;
(viii) For managing applications and social media;
(ix) To enrich our data;
(x) To evaluate browsing habits;
(xi) To profile our customers and visitors;
(xii) To analyze performance; and
(xiii) In general, to carry out the commercial activities of Hoteles Charleston S.A.S.
As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:
(i) Access the provided data free of charge that has been subject to processing.
(ii) Know, update, and rectify your information in cases where it is partial, inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or where its processing is prohibited or unauthorized.
(iii) Request proof of the authorization granted.
(iv) File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of the applicable regulations.
(v) Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of your data, provided there is no legal or contractual obligation preventing its deletion.
(vi) Refrain from answering questions regarding sensitive data.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 45–DAY ADVANCE PURCHASE RATE PROMOTION
HOTEL CHARLESTON SANTA TERESA
Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., a company identified with Tax ID (NIT) 830.032.945-3 and Tourism Registry No. 4244, headquartered at Carrera 9 No. 81 A 26, Office 902, Bogotá, D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter, the "Organizer"), operator of Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa located at Carrera 3 #31–23, Cartagena, Cartagena Province (hereinafter, the "Hotel"), will carry out the promotion called 45-Day Advance Purchase Rate (hereinafter, the "Promotion"), which may be reserved and purchased from April 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. until December 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., and may be enjoyed from April 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. until December 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (hereinafter, the "Validity Period").
1. Promotion Description
During the Validity Period, the Organizer will offer the Promotion, through which the client may purchase the 45-Day Advance Purchase Rate, which includes the following services and products:
A minimum stay of two (2) nights in the selected room category for one or two people.
Buffet breakfast at Harry’s Restaurant for the guest(s) (maximum 2 guests) for each day of the stay.
Prices in USD are subject to the exchange rate (TRM) in Colombia on the date of purchase. Payment must be made in Colombian Pesos (COP).
The Promotion does not include alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, tips, minibar, transportation services from the Hotel, or meals other than the buffet breakfast at Harry’s.
Only applicable to guests over the age of 18. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Rooms are subject to availability at the Hotel.
This promotion is valid only for bookings made at least forty-five (45) calendar days prior to the arrival date. Bookings that do not meet this requirement will not be eligible for the benefits described herein. Conditions and restrictions apply in accordance with Colombian law.
2. Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable rate. Changes or cancellations to the booking are not allowed. If the cancellation policy is not followed, the client will be charged a penalty equal to 100% of the Promotion value reserved.
Non-refundable rates: Rates marked as "non-refundable" are not eligible for refunds, except in cases involving legal guarantees, the right of withdrawal, or payment reversal. If the client does not qualify under any of these exceptions, as detailed in these terms and the general terms and conditions available at https://www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/es/terminos-condiciones, refund requests will not be processed, and changes to the booking will not be permitted.
Guarantee: Full (100%) payment is required to confirm the Promotion. This guarantee applies in cases of (i) failures in the Hotel services included in the Promotion, and (ii) cancellation of the reservation within the timeframe allowed for bookings.
3. Attendance Conditions
Anyone wishing to enjoy the Promotion must have a prior reservation. Reservations may be made via:

The Promotion may be reserved and purchased between April 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. and December 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed between April 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. and December 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
At the time of booking, the client must specify the redemption date and whether the reservation is for one (1) or two (2) persons.
A maximum of three (3) Promotions may be reserved per person under the same name and identification number.
100% payment is required at the time of booking. No refunds or compensation vouchers will be issued in case of no-show for any reason.
Only adults who meet all requirements in these terms and conditions may attend the Hotel. By purchasing the Promotion and attending the Hotel, guests acknowledge and fully accept these terms and conditions.
Guests who do not comply with the requirements, or who use false or third-party information, will not be allowed entry.
Entry will not be permitted to individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
Pets are not allowed.
The Hotel reserves the right of admission and permanence.
4. Validity Period
The Validity Period is final and non-extendable. Reservations or visits outside the established dates will not be accepted.
5. Organizer’s Responsibility
The Organizer and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses suffered by guests or third parties arising from or in connection with their participation in the Promotion or travel to the Hotel, except when directly attributable to the Organizer under applicable law. The Organizer therefore disclaims all contractual and extra-contractual liability, which is acknowledged and accepted by each guest.
Guests acknowledge that the Promotion breakfast is served buffet-style, and they are solely responsible for selecting their food. The Organizer shall not be liable for allergic reactions or medical conditions caused by the guest’s food choices.
The Organizer and its affiliates are also not liable for damages, theft, or losses suffered by guests or third parties, or for disputes or incidents between guests or with third parties during the Promotion.
Each guest is solely responsible for their participation in the Promotion and behavior at the Hotel.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any guest from the Hotel if, in the Organizer’s sole discretion, their behavior is inappropriate, disruptive to others, or damaging to the Hotel.
By attending, all guests accept and acknowledge these terms and conditions, which will remain available at the Hotel’s front desk and on the website: www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/terminosycondiciones, during the reservation and redemption periods.
The Organizer’s liability ends upon conclusion of the Promotion.
The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions as long as their essence remains unchanged, and such changes will be communicated in advance via the same channels used to promote the Promotion. No claims may be made by guests as a result of such modifications.
In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the Promotion from taking place or continuing, the Organizer may suspend it temporarily or permanently and make the necessary changes, which will be communicated to guests through the same channels used to promote the Promotion.
If the Promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure, such as—without limitation—a national or local government measure prohibiting events or accommodation services, guests may choose to receive a refund, which will be processed in accordance with applicable Colombian law.
The Organizer complies with Laws 679 of 2001, 1336 of 2009, and Resolution 3840 of 2009 from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, to prevent the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism.
6. Privacy Notice

(v) Advertising, marketing, and opinion studies;
(vi) Offering products, services, discounts, promotions, events, and raffles;
(vii) Identifying and authenticating users;
(viii) Managing apps and social media;
(ix) Data enrichment;
(x) Analyzing browsing habits;
(xi) Profiling clients and visitors;
(xii) Performance analysis;
(xiii) Conducting business activities.
As a data subject, you have the right to:
(i) Access your data free of charge;
(ii) Know, update, and correct your data when it is partial, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, or when unauthorized processing is occurring;
(iii) Request proof of consent;
(iv) File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations;
(v) Revoke consent and/or request deletion of your data unless legally or contractually restricted;
(vi) Refuse to provide sensitive data.
