    Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., a company identified with Tax ID (NIT) 830.032.945-3 and Tourism Registry No. 4244, headquartered at Carrera 9 No. 81 A 26, Office 902, Bogotá, D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter, the "Organizer"), operator of Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa located at Carrera 3 #31–23, Cartagena, Cartagena Province (hereinafter, the "Hotel"), will carry out the promotion called 45-Day Advance Purchase Rate (hereinafter, the "Promotion"), which may be reserved and purchased from April 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. until november 05, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., and may be enjoyed from April 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. until December 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (hereinafter, the "Validity Period").

    1. Promotion Description
    During the Validity Period, the Organizer will offer the Promotion, through which the client may purchase the 45-Day Advance Purchase Rate, which includes the following services and products:
    • A minimum stay of two (2) nights in the selected room category for one or two people.
    • Buffet breakfast at Harry’s Restaurant for the guest(s) (maximum 2 guests) for each day of the stay.
    • Prices in USD are subject to the exchange rate (TRM) in Colombia on the date of purchase. Payment must be made in Colombian Pesos (COP).
    The Promotion does not include alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, tips, minibar, transportation services from the Hotel, or meals other than the buffet breakfast at Harry’s.
    Only applicable to guests over the age of 18. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
    Rooms are subject to availability at the Hotel.
    This promotion is valid only for bookings made at least forty-five (45) calendar days prior to the arrival date. Bookings that do not meet this requirement will not be eligible for the benefits described herein. Conditions and restrictions apply in accordance with Colombian law.

    2. Cancellation Policy
    Non-refundable rate. Changes or cancellations to the booking are not allowed. If the cancellation policy is not followed, the client will be charged a penalty equal to 100% of the Promotion value reserved.
    Non-refundable rates: Rates marked as "non-refundable" are not eligible for refunds, except in cases involving legal guarantees, the right of withdrawal, or payment reversal. If the client does not qualify under any of these exceptions, as detailed in these terms and the general terms and conditions available at https://www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/eng-terms-conditions, refund requests will not be processed, and changes to the booking will not be permitted.
    Guarantee: Full (100%) payment is required to confirm the Promotion. This guarantee applies in cases of (i) failures in the Hotel services included in the Promotion, and (ii) cancellation of the reservation within the timeframe allowed for bookings.

    3. Attendance Conditions
    Anyone wishing to enjoy the Promotion must have a prior reservation. Reservations may be made via:

    The Promotion may be reserved and purchased between April 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. and November 05, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed between April 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. and December 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m.
    At the time of booking, the client must specify the redemption date and whether the reservation is for one (1) or two (2) persons.
    A maximum of three (3) Promotions may be reserved per person under the same name and identification number.
    100% payment is required at the time of booking. No refunds or compensation vouchers will be issued in case of no-show for any reason.
    Only adults who meet all requirements in these terms and conditions may attend the Hotel. By purchasing the Promotion and attending the Hotel, guests acknowledge and fully accept these terms and conditions.
    Guests who do not comply with the requirements, or who use false or third-party information, will not be allowed entry.
    Entry will not be permitted to individuals who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
    Pets are not allowed.
    The Hotel reserves the right of admission and permanence.

    4. Validity Period
    The Validity Period is final and non-extendable. Reservations or visits outside the established dates will not be accepted.

    5. Organizer’s Responsibility
    The Organizer and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses suffered by guests or third parties arising from or in connection with their participation in the Promotion or travel to the Hotel, except when directly attributable to the Organizer under applicable law. The Organizer therefore disclaims all contractual and extra-contractual liability, which is acknowledged and accepted by each guest.
    Guests acknowledge that the Promotion breakfast is served buffet-style, and they are solely responsible for selecting their food. The Organizer shall not be liable for allergic reactions or medical conditions caused by the guest’s food choices.
    The Organizer and its affiliates are also not liable for damages, theft, or losses suffered by guests or third parties, or for disputes or incidents between guests or with third parties during the Promotion.
    Each guest is solely responsible for their participation in the Promotion and behavior at the Hotel.
    The Organizer reserves the right to remove any guest from the Hotel if, in the Organizer’s sole discretion, their behavior is inappropriate, disruptive to others, or damaging to the Hotel.
    By attending, all guests accept and acknowledge these terms and conditions, which will remain available at the Hotel’s front desk and on the website: https://www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/eng-terms-conditions, during the reservation and redemption periods.
    The Organizer’s liability ends upon conclusion of the Promotion.
    The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions as long as their essence remains unchanged, and such changes will be communicated in advance via the same channels used to promote the Promotion. No claims may be made by guests as a result of such modifications.
    In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the Promotion from taking place or continuing, the Organizer may suspend it temporarily or permanently and make the necessary changes, which will be communicated to guests through the same channels used to promote the Promotion.
    If the Promotion cannot be carried out due to force majeure, such as—without limitation—a national or local government measure prohibiting events or accommodation services, guests may choose to receive a refund, which will be processed in accordance with applicable Colombian law.
    The Organizer complies with Laws 679 of 2001, 1336 of 2009, and Resolution 3840 of 2009 from the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, to prevent the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism.

    6. Privacy Notice
    The protection of your data is a priority for us.
    In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015, and any laws that modify or supplement them, Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., identified with NIT 830.032.945-3 and located at Carrera 9 No. 81 A 26, Office 902, Bogotá D.C., will collect, use, store, circulate, transmit, transfer, and generally process your personal data as the data controller. The purposes of processing include, but are not limited to:
    (i) Improving products and services;
    (ii) Authorizing and managing participation in Hotel events;
    (iii) Conducting solvency checks and fraud prevention;
    (iv) Customer service;
    (v) Advertising, marketing, and opinion studies;
    (vi) Offering products, services, discounts, promotions, events, and raffles;
    (vii) Identifying and authenticating users;
    (viii) Managing apps and social media;
    (ix) Data enrichment;
    (x) Analyzing browsing habits;
    (xi) Profiling clients and visitors;
    (xii) Performance analysis;
    (xiii) Conducting business activities.
    As a data subject, you have the right to:
    (i) Access your data free of charge;
    (ii) Know, update, and correct your data when it is partial, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, or when unauthorized processing is occurring;
    (iii) Request proof of consent;
    (iv) File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations;
    (v) Revoke consent and/or request deletion of your data unless legally or contractually restricted;
    (vi) Refuse to provide sensitive data.

    Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., a company identified with NIT 830.032.945-3, and RNT 4244, domiciled at Carrera 9 No 81 A 26 Office 902, Bogotá, D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter the “Organizer”), operator of Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa located at Carrera 3 # 31 – 23, Cartagena, Province of Cartagena (hereinafter the “Hotel”), will carry out the promotion called HOLIDAY SEASON RATES 2025-2026 (hereinafter the “Promotion”), which may be booked and purchased from May 12, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. until December 28, 2025 at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed during the guest’s stay at the Hotel, provided that the stay falls within the eligible dates for the application of the promotion as indicated in section 2 of these terms and conditions.
    1. Description of the Promotion:
      During the Validity Period, the Organizer will carry out the Promotion, under which the customer who acquires the HOLIDAY SEASON RATES 2025-2026 will be entitled to receive, during the reserved stay period, the following included products and services:
      • Daily à la carte and buffet breakfast service for one or two (2) people, served at Harry’s Cartagena restaurant, located within the Hotel, during the days of the contracted stay.
      • One-way private ground transportation service from Rafael Núñez International Airport in Cartagena to the Hotel, exclusively for guests who have purchased the promotion and on their arrival date. This service will be provided once per reservation.
      • Special welcome amenity consisting of a tropical fruit basket, placed in the guest’s assigned room on the day of arrival, offered as a courtesy and at no additional cost.
      • One (1) welcome drink per guest, served upon check-in at the Hotel, according to the guest’s preference and subject to availability of the options offered by the establishment. Upon check-in, the hotel will inform the guest of the available drinks, with the understanding that the hotel’s beverage portfolio is limited.
      • One (1) bottle of sparkling wine (Piccolo type), delivered to the room on December 31, 2025, as a special gift for the New Year celebration. This bottle will be provided per room.
      • Special welcome gift, delivered once per room upon check-in, the nature of which will be determined at the Hotel’s discretion and subject to availability.
      • The Promotion does not include additional alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, tips, minibar, extra hotel transportation, or meals other than the buffet breakfast at Harry’s.
      • None of these products and services are exchangeable for other products or cash value.
      Only applicable for guests over 18 years old or minors accompanied by an adult.
      Rooms are subject to Hotel availability.
    2. Eligible dates for application of the promotion:
      To apply the promotion, the customer must acquire the following Hotel service:
    • Must book the nights of December 30 and 31, 2025.
    • Must book a minimum stay of three nights.
    • These dates cannot be modified or replaced by other dates.
    1. Special terms of the Promotion:
      Applicable only to room reservations for one or two people. If there is a third person, an additional nightly charge will apply. Upon payment of this additional amount, the benefits of this promotion will be granted.
      Applies to any room category. The applicable lodging rates will correspond to the Hotel’s standard rates at the time of booking.
      The Promotion does not imply a reduction in the accommodation price.
      If more than one room is booked per person, the Promotion will apply to the person(s) staying in each reserved room.
    2. Cancellation Policy:
      Non-refundable rate*. No modifications or cancellations to the reservation are allowed. Failure to comply with this cancellation policy will result in a penalty charge equivalent to 100% of the value of the reserved Promotion.
      *Non-refundable rates: Rates labeled as “non-refundable” are those that, according to the Hotel’s policies, are non-refundable except in cases of guarantee, right of withdrawal, or payment reversal. Therefore, if the client does not fall under any of these events, as detailed in these terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions of the Hotel published at https://www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/eng-terms-conditions, no refund request will be processed for the contracted service, nor will any modification of the booked reservation be allowed.
      Guarantee: 100% payment of the reserved Promotion. This guarantee applies in the event that the Hotel does not provide the accommodation service reserved by the client or fails to deliver the services offered in the promotion. If there are failures, defects, or partial breaches in the services offered by the hotel and in those contemplated in the promotion, the hotel will grant a proportional guarantee based on the services not received by the client.
    3. Attendance Conditions:
      Anyone wishing to enjoy the Promotion must have made a prior reservation. Reservations may be made (i) through the Hotel’s website https://reservations.travelclick.com/6465?ProdID=748984&LanguageID=2; (ii) directly at the Hotel’s front desk; (iii) by sending an email to res@charlestonsantateresa.com; or (iv) by calling +57 (605) 6649494.
      At the time of reservation and purchase of the Promotion, the client must indicate the reservation date and specify whether it is for one (1) or two (2) people.
      There is a limit of three (3) rooms per person, reserved under the same name and identification number.
      100% of the reservation value must be paid at the time of booking, and no refunds or compensation vouchers will be given in case of no-show, regardless of the reason.
      All persons who meet all the requirements set forth in these terms and conditions may attend the Hotel. Attendance and purchase of the Promotion imply full knowledge and acceptance of the mechanics, terms, and conditions.
      Entry to the Hotel will not be allowed to individuals who do not meet all these terms and conditions or who provide false or third-party information.
      Entry will not be allowed to intoxicated individuals or those under the influence of hallucinogens.
      Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.
      The Hotel reserves the right of admission and permanence.
    4. Additional persons policy:
      · Children aged zero (0) to four (4) years may stay free of charge, provided they share the room with their parents or guardians.
      · Children aged over four (4) years up to 12 years will incur an additional charge of COP 600,000 per night, including daily breakfast.
      · Children aged over 13 up to 18 years, and in the case of an additional adult staying in the same room, an additional charge of COP 700,000 (seven hundred thousand Colombian pesos) per night will apply, also including breakfast.
    5. Validity Period:
      The Validity Period is non-extendable. Participation or attendance outside the specified period will not be accepted.
    6. Organizer's Responsibility:
      The Organizer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages or harm suffered by attendees or third parties due to or on the occasion of participation in the Promotion and/or transportation to the Hotel, which are not directly imputable and attributable to them under applicable law and these terms and conditions. Therefore, in these terms, they disclaim all contractual and/or non-contractual liability to attendees/clients, their companions, or successors, which is accepted by each attendee/client.
      Attendees/clients understand and accept that the Promotion breakfast is buffet-style, and they are solely responsible for selecting food from the available variety, thus releasing the Organizer from any liability related to allergies or congenital illnesses triggered by their food choices.
      Likewise, the Organizer and its affiliates are not responsible for any damage, theft, and/or robbery suffered by attendees/clients and/or third parties, nor for any conflicts or damages caused among attendees/clients or with third parties due to their behavior during participation in the Promotion. Each attendee/client will be solely responsible for attending the Hotel to enjoy the Promotion and its consequences, as well as for their behavior at the Hotel.
      The Organizer reserves the right to remove attendees/clients from the Hotel through its security staff if, in the sole judgment and discretion of the Organizer, the attendee/client is behaving inappropriately, disturbing other guests, or damaging Hotel property.
      By attending, all participants agree to and accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions will remain available at the Hotel’s front desk and on the website https://www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/eng-terms-conditions from the start date of the reservation and redemption period of the Promotion.
      The Organizer’s and its affiliates' responsibility ends entirely with the conclusion of the Promotion.
      The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions, provided the essence of the Promotion is not altered, and must notify such changes to the attendees using the same communication channels initially used for dissemination, without generating any rights or claims from attendees/clients.
      In case of force majeure and/or unforeseen events preventing the Promotion or its continuation, the Organizer may suspend it temporarily or permanently, or make necessary modifications, informing attendees/clients through the same communication channels used for the original Promotion. If it becomes impossible to carry out the Promotion due to force majeure (including, without limitation, a national or district government measure prohibiting events or lodging services), the attendee/client may choose a refund, which will be governed by Colombian legislation in force.
      The Organizer adheres to the provisions of Laws 679 of 2001, 1336 of 2009, and Resolution 3840 of 2009 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, regarding the prevention of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism activities.

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: (i) to improve our products and services; (ii) to authorize and allow your participation and attendance in Hoteles Charleston S.A.S. events; (iii) to conduct controls to evaluate creditworthiness and prevent fraud; (iv) to ensure adequate customer service; (v) for advertising, marketing, and opinion studies; (vi) to offer products, services, discounts, promotions, events, raffles, among others; (vii) for identification and authentication of your identity; (viii) for management of applications and social networks; (ix) for data enrichment; (x) to evaluate browsing habits; (xi) to profile our clients and visitors; (xii) to analyze performance; and (xiii) in general, to carry out the commercial activity of Hoteles Charleston S.A.S.
      As the data subject, you have the right to: (i) freely access the data provided that has been subject to processing; (ii) know, update, and correct your data concerning partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented data, or data that induces error or whose processing is prohibited or not authorized; (iii) request proof of the granted authorization; (iv) file complaints before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of current regulations; (v) revoke the authorization and/or request deletion of the data when there is no legal or contractual duty to retain it; (vi) refrain from answering questions about sensitive data.

    Charleston Hotels S.A.S., a company identified with NIT 830.032.945-3, and RNT 4244, domiciled at Carrera 9 No. 81 A 26, Office 902, Bogotá, D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter the “Organizer”), operator of the Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa located at Carrera 3 # 31 – 23, Cartagena, Province of Cartagena (hereinafter the “Hotel”), will carry out the promotion called NOCHE DE BODAS (hereinafter the “Promotion”), which may be booked and purchased from June 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. until December 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed from June 12, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. until December 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the Hotel (hereinafter the “Validity Period”).
    1. Description of the Promotion:
    During the Validity Period, the Organizer will offer the Promotion, under which the client may purchase the Noche de Bodas Promotion, which includes the following services and products:
    • A minimum stay of one (1) night in the selected room category of their choice for two people.
    • The package includes daily breakfast for two (2) guests at Harry’s restaurant, valid for each day of the stay.
    • The Hotel will provide private round-trip Airport – Hotel – Airport transportation for two (2) people. This service must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the transfer date by sending the corresponding information to: res@charlestonsantateresa.com. The request must include:
    • Airline name
    • Flight number
    • Estimated arrival or departure time
    • As part of the experience, the guest will receive in the room a special fruit arrangement, a dessert amenity, and a bouquet of roses.
    • The guest may receive a special gift during their stay. This benefit is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
    • Subject to availability at check-out, the guest may access a complimentary late check-out. This benefit is subject to the operational capacity of the Hotel and does not constitute an acquired right.
    • Prices in USD are subject to the TRM (Representative Market Rate) in Colombia on the date of purchase. Payment will be made in Colombian pesos (COP).
    The Promotion does not include additional alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, gratuities, minibar, additional transportation beyond what is stated, or meals other than the breakfast buffet at Harry’s.
    Only applicable for individuals over 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
    Rooms are subject to Hotel availability.
    2. Cancellation Policy:
    The client may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. If cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the reservation must be paid. In case of no-show, the full amount will also be charged. Full prepayment of the reservation is required within 7 days prior to arrival.
    Guarantee: 100% payment of the reserved Promotion. This guarantee applies in events of (i) failures in the Hotel services included in the Promotion and (ii) cancellation of the Promotion reservation within the permitted booking period.
    Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed, subject to availability and applicable Hotel charges.
    3. Conditions of Attendance:
    Anyone wishing to enjoy the Promotion must have made a prior reservation.     The Promotion may be booked and purchased from June 12, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. until December 19, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed from June 12, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. until December 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. Upon booking and purchasing the Promotion, the client must indicate the redemption date and specify whether it applies to one (1) or two (2) people.
    A maximum of three (3) Promotions per person may be reserved under the same name and ID number.
    The price of the Promotion is fixed according to the terms set out in section 1 of these terms and conditions.
    100% of the Promotion cost must be paid at the time of booking, and there will be no refunds or compensation vouchers in case of no-show for any reason.
    Only individuals of legal age who meet all the requirements set forth in these terms and conditions may attend the Hotel. Attending the Hotel and purchasing the Promotion implies full knowledge and acceptance of the mechanics, terms, and conditions.
    Persons who do not comply with all the terms and conditions, or who attend the Hotel using false or third-party information, will not be allowed entry.
    Intoxicated persons or those under the influence of drugs will not be allowed to enter the Hotel.
    Pets are not allowed at the Hotel.
    The Hotel reserves the right of admission and continued stay.
     
    4. Validity Period:
    The Validity Period is non-extendable; no participation or attendance will be accepted before or after the indicated period.
    5. Organizer’s Liability:
    The Organizer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages or injuries suffered by participants or third parties due to or in connection with participation in the Promotion and/or transportation to the Hotel, unless directly attributable to them under applicable law and these terms and conditions. Accordingly, they disclaim any contractual and/or non-contractual liability toward participants/clients, their companions, or their successors, which is accepted by each participant/client.
    Participants/clients acknowledge and accept that the breakfast included in the Promotion is served buffet-style and that the selection of food is their sole responsibility, thereby releasing the Organizer from any liability for allergies or pre-existing conditions that may result from their food choices.
    Likewise, the Organizer and its affiliates are not liable for damages, theft, and/or robbery suffered by participants/clients and/or third parties, nor for any harm or dissatisfaction caused among attendees/clients or with third parties due to their behavior during participation in the Promotion. Each participant/client shall be solely responsible for their attendance at the Hotel to enjoy the Promotion and the consequences thereof, including their behavior at the Hotel.
    The Organizer reserves the right to remove participants/clients from the Hotel through its security personnel if, at its sole discretion, the participant/client is acting inappropriately, disturbing others, or causing damage to the Hotel.
    By attending, all participants agree to be aware of and accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions will be available at the Hotel reception and on the website https://www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/privacy-policy from the date on which the reservation and redemption period begins.
    The Organizer's and its affiliates’ liability shall terminate in all respects upon completion of the Promotion.
    The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions, provided that the essence is not altered, and must notify participants of such changes in advance using the same communication channels used to promote the Promotion, without this giving rise to any rights or claims by the participants/clients.
    In the event of force majeure and/or acts of God making it impossible to carry out or continue the Promotion, the Organizer may suspend it, either permanently or temporarily, and may also introduce relevant changes, informing participants/clients through the same channels originally used for communicating the Promotion. In the event the Promotion cannot be held due to force majeure—including, but not limited to, a national or local government measure prohibiting events or accommodation services—participants/clients may choose to have their payment reimbursed, subject to the procedure established under current Colombian law.

    Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., a corporation identified with Tax ID (NIT) No. 830.032.945-3 and National Tourism Registry (RNT) No. 4244, domiciled at Carrera 9 No. 81A – 26, Office 902, Bogotá D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter, the “Organizer”), operator of the Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa, located at Carrera 3 No. 31 – 23, Cartagena, Province of Cartagena (hereinafter, the “Hotel”), will host the event known as the 2025 New Year’s Eve Party (hereinafter, the “Event”), which will take place from December 31, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. until January 1, 2026, at 3:00 a.m. (hereinafter, the “Term”), at the Plaza Santa Teresa of the Hotel.
    1. Definitions
     
    For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
    • Organizer: The Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa, responsible for the planning, execution, and control of the Event.
     
    • Event: The New Year’s Eve celebration organized by the Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa, as described in Section 1 of this document.
     
    • Attendee: Any person who purchases or uses a valid ticket to gain admission to the Event, including companions, minors, and any individual present within the premises during the Event.
     
    • Ticket: The physical or digital document, nominative or bearer, that grants the right of entry to the Event in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
     
    1. Description of the Event
    During the Term, the Organizer will hold the Event consisting of a dinner from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on December 31, 2025, followed by a party until 3:00 a.m. on January 1, 2026.
    1. Date and Schedule
     
    • Entry to the Event: from 8:00 p.m.
    • Dinner: from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
    • Party: from 11:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. on January 1, 2026
     
    1. Venue
    The Event will be held at Plaza Santa Teresa of the Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa, located in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
     
    1. Price and Participation
    The ticket price is COP $2,350,000 per person. Each ticket grants entry to one (1) person and includes access to all Event activities described herein.
     
    1. Inclusions and Exclusions
     
    • Included in the ticket price:
    • Admission to the Event.
    • Buffet-style dinner.
     
    • Not included in the ticket price:
     
    • Alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages
    • Gratuities.
    • Transportation to or from the Hotel.
    • Accommodation at the Hotel.
     
    1. General Conditions
    • Entry: Outside food or beverages are not permitted.
    • Children: No activities are programmed specifically for minors
    • Seating: Table assignment is subject to availability according to the seating plan attached to the Event information letter provided to each Attendee.
    • Dress code: Formal attire.
     
    1. Table Location
     
    Tables will be assigned according to availability and the seating plan attached to the Event information letter, which details the layout of Plaza Santa Teresa, number of tables and chairs, access conditions, and seating arrangements.
    1. Attendance Conditions
     
    To attend and gain entry to the Event, every Attendee, regardless of age, must present their original ticket at the designated entrance.
    Each ticket grants admission to one (1) person and may only be purchased through the following authorized channels:
    1. At the Hotel reception.
    2. ii. By phone at +57 (605) 6649494.
     
    Tickets will be on sale from November 4, 2025, until December 31, 2025, at 9:00 p.m., or until all 220 tickets are sold, whichever occurs first.
    Tickets cost COP $2,350,000, payable in full at the time of purchase.
    Cancellations, refunds, or compensation vouchers will not be accepted in case of non-attendance for any reason.
    Ticket delivery will occur as follows:
    • At the Hotel (for in-person purchases).
    • By email (for online purchases).
    • No additional delivery charges apply.
     
    Attendance is limited to individuals who fully comply with these Terms and Conditions. Purchasing or using a Ticket implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. Minors may only attend if always accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult.
    Entry will be denied to:
    • Individuals who fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    • Individuals presenting false information or third-party tickets.
    • Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
    • Pets or animals of any kind.
     
    1. Term
     
    The Term is non-extendable. Participation or attendance outside the specified schedule will not be permitted.
    1. Organizer’s Liability
     
    The Organizer and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages or losses sustained by Attendees or third parties arising from or related to participation in the Event or transportation thereto, except where directly attributable to the Organizer in accordance with applicable law.
    The Organizer expressly disclaims any contractual or non-contractual liability toward Attendees, their companions, or successors, which is hereby acknowledged and accepted by each Attendee.
    Attendees acknowledge that the dinner is buffet-style, and it is their sole responsibility to select their food from the available options. The Organizer shall not be liable for allergies, intolerances, or illnesses resulting from the Attendee’s choice of food.
    The Organizer and its affiliates shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, nor for disputes, injuries, or damages caused by Attendees’ behavior. Each Attendee is solely responsible for their conduct, belongings, and any consequences arising therefrom.
    The Organizer reserves the right of admission and removal from the Event, through its security personnel, of any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or damaging to the facilities or other guests.
    By attending, all Attendees acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions will remain available at the Hotel reception and on the website https://www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/es/terminos-planes from the start of ticket sales until the conclusion of the Event.
    The Organizer’s responsibility shall terminate upon completion of the Event.
    The Organizer may modify these Terms and Conditions, provided the essence of the Event remains unchanged, and shall notify such modifications in advance through the same communication channels used for the original publication.
    In cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances preventing or interrupting the Event, the Organizer may suspend it temporarily or permanently and make necessary adjustments, notifying attendees accordingly. If the Event cannot take place due to force majeure (including, but not limited
    to, governmental restrictions prohibiting such events), attendees may request a refund of the ticket price in accordance with Colombian law.
    The Organizer adheres to Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, and Resolution 3840 of 2009 issued by the Colombian Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Tourism, which prohibit the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism activities.
