ACCOMMODATION AND SPA PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOTEL CHARLESTON SANTA TERESA
Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., company identified with NIT 830.032.945-3, and RNT 4244, domiciled at Carrera 9 No 81 A 26 Office 902 of Bogotá, D.C., Republic of Colombia (hereinafter the “Organizer”), operator of the Hotel Charleston Santa Teresa located at Carrera 3 # 31 – 23, Cartagena, Province of Cartagena (hereinafter the "Hotel"), will develop the promotion called Serenity Soiree (hereinafter the "Promotion") that can be reserved and purchased from January 27, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. until February 26, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed from February 1, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. until February 29, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. the Hotel (hereinafter the “Validity Period”).
- Description of the Promotion:
The Organizer, during the Validity Period, will carry out the Promotion, under which the client will be able to purchase a package called Serenity Soiree that includes the following services and products:
- Minimum stay of two (2) nights of accommodation in the room category reserved of your choice for two (2) people.
- Buffet breakfast at Harry's restaurant for two (2) people for each day of the stay, for a total of two (2) breakfasts per person per package purchased.
- Strawberries with chocolate, one (1) bouquet of flowers and one (1) bottle of sparkling upon arrival at the Hotel.
- One (1) massage per person at the Hotel Spa to choose from during your stay at the Hotel, for a total of two (2) massages per package purchased. The applicable massages are:
- Deep Tishue (60 minutes).
- Aromatherapy (60 minutes).
- Hands and feet (30 minutes).
The Promotion does not include alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, tips, minibar, transportation to the Hotel, transportation from the Hotel, or meals other than the buffet breakfast at Harry's.
Only applicable to people over 18 years of age. And minors accompanied by an older adult.
Rooms and massages are subject to availability of the Hotel and the Hotel Spa.

Prices may increase if the client decides to book a stay for more than two (2) nights, in accordance with the Hotel's applicable room prices.
Cancellation policy: Any modification or cancellation to the reservation must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the reserved date. If there is no compliance with this cancellation policy, the client will be charged a penalty equivalent to 100% of the value of the reserved Promotion.
Warranty: 100% payment of the reserved Promotion. This guarantee applies in events of (i) failures in the Hotel services included in the Promotion and (ii) cancellation of the Promotion reservation within the period allowed for reservations.
A late check-out is allowed according to availability and current costs applicable to the Hotel.
- Assistance conditions:
Anyone who wishes to enjoy the Promotion must have made a prior reservation. Reservations can be made (i) through the Hotel's website https://www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=amadeus&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIwMnO8Pv2gwMVTZ1aBR1KMAiLEAAYASAAEgJvvfD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds; (ii) directly at the Hotel reception; or (iii) by telephone by calling +57 (605) 6649494.
The Promotion can be reserved and purchased from January 27, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. until February 26, 2024 at 12:00 p.m., to be enjoyed from February 1, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. until February 29, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at the Hotel. At the time of booking and purchasing the Promotion, the client must indicate the date on which the Promotion will be redeemed and indicate whether it will apply to one (1) or two (2) people.
There is no limit to Promotions available. There is a limit of three (3) Promotions per person, reserved under the same name and identification number.
The price of the Promotion has a fixed cost in accordance with the relationship indicated in section 1 of these terms and conditions.
100% of the value of the Promotion must be paid at the time of booking and there are no refunds or compensation bonuses in case of non-attendance at the Hotel to enjoy the Promotion by the attendee for any reason.
All people of legal age who meet each and every one of the requirements established in these terms and conditions may attend the Hotel. Attending the Hotel and purchasing the Promotion implies full knowledge and acceptance of its mechanics, terms and conditions.
Persons who do not comply with all of these terms and conditions, or who attend the Hotel with false or third-party information, are not permitted to enter the Hotel.
People who are intoxicated or under hallucinogenic effects will not be allowed to enter the Hotel.
Pets will not be allowed into the Hotel.
The Hotel reserves the right of admission and stay.
- Validity Period:
The Validity Period is non-extendable, participations or attendance are not accepted after or before the aforementioned period.
- Organizer Responsibility:
The Organizer and its affiliates will not be responsible for damages or losses that attendees, or third parties may suffer, due to and/or occasion of participation in the Promotion and/or transfer to the Hotel, which are not directly attributable to them in accordance with the applicable law and these terms and conditions, therefore, in these terms, they decline all types of contractual and/or extra-contractual liability towards the attendees/clients, their companions or their successors, which is accepted by each assistant/client.
Attendees/clients know and accept that the Promotion breakfast is buffet style, and that it is their exclusive responsibility to choose the food within the variety offered, thus exonerating the Organizer from any type of responsibility for allergies or congenital diseases that are triggered by your choice of foods from the buffet.
Likewise, the Organizer and its affiliates are not responsible for any damage, theft and/or robbery that attendees/clients and/or third parties may be subject to, nor for any damage or disagreement caused between attendees/clients or with third parties for their behavior, due to and/or occasion of participation in the Promotion. Each attendee/client will be exclusively responsible for attending the Hotel to enjoy the Promotion and its consequences, as well as for their behavior at the Hotel.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove attendees/customers from the Hotel through its security personnel if, in the sole judgment and discretion of the Organizer, the attendee/customer is behaving inappropriately and is disrupting other attendees/customers or causing damage to the Hotel.
By simply attending, all attendees agree to know and accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions will remain at the Hotel reception and on the website www.hotelcharlestonsantateresa.com/terminosycondiciones, from the date on which the reservation period and the redemption period of the Promotion begin.
The responsibility of the Organizer and its affiliates ends in all cases with the end of the Promotion.
The Organizer may modify these terms and conditions, as long as the essence of these is not altered, and must notify, in advance, said modification(s) to the attendees by the same means of communication used from time to time for their dissemination, without that this generates any right or claim on the part of the attendees/clients.
In case of force majeure and/or fortuitous event that generates any impossibility to carry out the Promotion or to continue with it, the Organizer may suspend it permanently or temporarily, as well as introduce the pertinent modifications, communicating said circumstance to the attendees / clients by the same means of communication used from time to time for the communication of the Promotion. In the event of impossibility of carrying out the Promotion for reasons of force majeure, such as, but not limited to, a measure by the National or District Government that prohibits the holding of events or the provision of accommodation services, the assistant/client will be given the opportunity to choose the refund of their money, which will be registered under the procedure established in current Colombian legislation.
The Organizer adheres to the provisions of laws 679 of 2001, 1336 of 2009 and Resolution 3840 of 2009 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, against the use and sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism activity.
- Notice of Privacy:

In accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1074 of 2015 and any regulation that modifies, complements or replaces them, Hoteles Charleston S.A.S., identified with NIT 830.032.945-3, with main address at Carrera 9 No 81 A 26 Office 902 of Bogotá DC, will collect, use, store, circulate, transmit, transfer and, in general, process your personal data, in its capacity as data controller. The processing of your personal data will be carried out to (i) improve our products and services; (ii) authorize and allow your participation and attendance at Hoteles Charleston S.A.S. events; (iii) carry out controls to evaluate your solvency and avoid fraud; (iv) have adequate customer service; (v) advertising, marketing and opinion studies; (vi) offer products, services, discounts, promotions, events, raffles, among others; (vii) identification and authentication of your identity; (viii) management of applications and social networks; (ix) enrichment of our data; (x) evaluate browsing habits; (xi) profiling of our clients and visitors; (xii) performance analysis; and (xiii) in general, develop the commercial activity of Hoteles Charleston S.A.S.
As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to: (i) Access free of charge the data provided that has been processed. (ii) Know, update and rectify your information regarding partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented, misleading data, or those whose processing is prohibited or has not been authorized. (iii) Request proof of the authorization granted. (iv) Submit complaints to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce for violations of the provisions of current regulations. (v) Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data, provided that there is no legal or contractual duty that prevents deletion. (vi) Refrain from answering questions about sensitive data.
