The discount is valid for early bookings made at least three days in advance.
This rate is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or no-show, a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total stay will apply.
In the event of early departure, all remaining reserved nights will be charged.
The rate is valid for single or double occupancy.
The reservation must be guaranteed and paid in full at the time of booking. Our team will contact you to arrange payment.
Optional additional charges may apply, including hotel insurance per person, per night, or the Cotelco contribution per room, per night.
VAT exemption applies to Colombian or foreign guests residing abroad, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Rates quoted in USD will be converted into COP at the time of booking using the hotel’s exchange rate.
Children aged 0 to 3 stay free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents. An additional charge of USD 50 applies to children aged 4 to 11.
An additional charge of USD 100 applies to each additional guest over 12 years of age.
